You might be surprised to find out that we go in and out of a state of Hypnosis several times each day, it is a very normal state of mind! It will feel like a very dreamy and meditative state, like the first few moments after you wake up in the morning, or like a guided meditation.
Start by booking a Free 30-Minute Initial Consultation where we will discuss your specific goals, and answer any questions or concerns you might have about experiencing Hypnotherapy. If we collectively decide that we are a good fit, we will book the sessions roughly 1 week apart. The number of sessions recommended will depend on your specific goals and how you are progressing after each session. Most people find great benefit from 3-4 sessions.
